Is your order not quite what you expected? You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receiving your order without giving us a reason for your choice to return it, provided it is in its original condition. For example, if you remove the protective film from keychains and phone charms, your order is final and can no longer be returned. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the article from your address to Studio InkyCapZ are at your own expense. These costs can be consulted on the website of your carrier. However, if you only want to return part of the entire order, you will only be refunded the amount of the item in question – excluding shipping costs.
If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the entire order will be returned to Studio InkyCapZ – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at studio.inkycapz@gmail.com. We will refund the order amount within 14 days of us receiving the returned products, provided that the products have been returned in good order.

Custom products

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that you purchase via Studio InkyCapZ that are tailor-made to the specification you entered/requested. The sale is final after successful payment.

​Important conditions:
  1. The processing of your return takes a maximum of 14 days after us receiving your return shipment. The amount will be refunded by us via the same method used when placing the order. This usually takes about 5 working days from the moment of transfer.
  2. If the seal is broken or protective films are removed, your order is final and cannot be returned.
  3. If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we can pass on this fall in value of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returned.
  4. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that you purchase via Studio InkyCapz that are tailor-made to the specification entered or requested by you.
  5. Without a track-and-trace code, no investigation can be started into missing returns. So please note that if your package is lost during return shipment, you are responsible for this and we cannot issue a refund.
  6. Please note that the costs for returns are at your own expense.
